These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CrownSlots website and casino services operated by Metlait SRL. By creating an account and/or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. CrownSlots reserves the right to verify your identity at any time (KYC process). Failure to provide verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: AU$30. Minimum withdrawal: AU$45. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: AU$7,500 for most AUD methods. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 banking days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically instant. All payments must be made using methods registered to the account holder.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms. Bonuses must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. CrownSlots reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, will result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure.
